Refund policy
TrueBodys Refund & Exchange Policy
We want every TrueBodys purchase to feel perfect , but if you need to make an exchange or return, here’s how it works:
🔁 Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for any reason or have a complaint, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Once your request is approved, please send the parcel to us via any courier service and share the tracking ID so we can monitor its delivery.
- After receiving your parcel, we will inspect the item to ensure it is:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Free from stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any odor
- Returned in original packaging with all tags attached
- If the item fails inspection (damaged or stained), the exchange will not be processed.
- Once approved, we will send the replacement item. Exchange shipping cost is Rs. 250, paid by the customer.
💳 Refunds (Store Credit Only)
- Refund requests must also be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Refunds are issued as store credit only (no cash refunds).
- Store credit will be issued after the returned item passes inspection.
- If the product is defective, clear pictures must be provided before sending it back.
⏳ Time Limits
- Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be entertained.
- If your request was made within 3 days, you have up to 7 days from delivery to send the parcel back.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Panties, briefs, or bottom-only items (for hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased on sale or marked as “Final Sale”
- Products returned without original packaging or tags
