TrueBodys Refund & Exchange Policy

We want every TrueBodys purchase to feel perfect , but if you need to make an exchange or return, here’s how it works:


🔁 Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for any reason or have a complaint, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Once your request is approved, please send the parcel to us via any courier service and share the tracking ID so we can monitor its delivery.
  • After receiving your parcel, we will inspect the item to ensure it is:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
    • Free from stains, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any odor
    • Returned in original packaging with all tags attached
  • If the item fails inspection (damaged or stained), the exchange will not be processed.
  • Once approved, we will send the replacement item. Exchange shipping cost is Rs. 250, paid by the customer.

💳 Refunds (Store Credit Only)

  • Refund requests must also be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are issued as store credit only (no cash refunds).
  • Store credit will be issued after the returned item passes inspection.
  • If the product is defective, clear pictures must be provided before sending it back.

⏳ Time Limits

  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be entertained.
  • If your request was made within 3 days, you have up to 7 days from delivery to send the parcel back.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Panties, briefs, or bottom-only items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased on sale or marked as “Final Sale”
  • Products returned without original packaging or tags
