What is TrueBodys? TrueBodys is a women-led lingerie brand focused on seamless comfort, support, and everyday wear. Our products are designed to feel like a second skin while enhancing your natural shape.
What products do you sell? We currently offer bras, panties, shapewear, and loungewear essentials.
Where are you located? TrueBodys operates exclusively online and does not have a physical store. Our warehouse is based in Lahore, ensuring efficient delivery across Pakistan.

How long does it take to get a response? Our team typically responds within 24–48 hours.

Sizing and Product

What size am I? Click on the measuring tape icon on the product page to view our size chart. Still unsure? Email us at truebodysco@gmail.com and we’ll help you choose.
What materials are TrueBodys products made of? Our products are made from top-quality fabrics selected for comfort, breathability, and stretch. Fabric details are listed on each product page under Materials & Care.
Are the bras wireless? Yes — all TrueBodys bras are completely wire-free.
How do I care for my TrueBodys pieces? Hand-wash in cold water with gentle detergent. If machine washing, use a delicate cycle and a mesh laundry bag. Do not tumble dry. Hang or lay flat to dry.
What if the size I order doesn’t fit? We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items. Briefs and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible due to hygiene reasons. Please check our Returns & Exchanges section for full details.
Will shapewear feel tight? Yes. Shapewear is designed to feel snug initially for sculpting and smoothing. With wear, it adapts comfortably to your body.
Are TrueBodys products comfortable for daily wear? Absolutely. Our designs use soft, breathable, stretchable fabrics suitable for all-day wear.
Do the colors look exactly the same in real life? Slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings. Beige shades are the lightest and may appear different in photos.

Orders & Shipping

How can I check the status of my order? Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also check your order on our Track Your Order page.
Do you offer price matching? No, we do not offer price adjustments or price matching on past or future orders.
When will I receive my order? Orders ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location.
How long does delivery take? Major cities: 2–4 working days.
Other areas: 3–6 working days.
Can I cancel or change my order? Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, changes are not possible.
How much is shipping? Shipping is free all over Pakistan.
My order says delivered but I haven’t received it Please check entrances, neighbors, or building staff. If it’s still missing, contact us for assistance.

Payment & Store Credit

Which payment methods do you accept? We accept Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery? Yes, COD is available across Pakistan. Prepaid orders may be prioritized during high-volume periods.
Do you offer Gift Cards? Yes, we offer e-Gift Cards. Gift cards are final sale and not eligible for discounts.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy? Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase on eligible items. Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and supported by a clear unboxing video. Briefs and final sale items are non-returnable.
How do I start a return? Visit our return portal and follow the instructions. Customers must send parcels via courier. Rider pickup and in-person returns are not available.
When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
Who pays for return shipping? Customer-requested returns or exchanges are paid by the customer. If we sent the wrong or damaged item, Rs. 250 will be added as store credit after verification.
Do you accept international returns? At this time, we do not support returns or exchanges for international orders.
